Returns & Exchanges Policy

At King'Don LLC, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process to ensure you feel like a king — every step of the way.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • The item must be free of any stains, odors, pet hair, or damage.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked Final Sale or Clearance

  • Underwear, socks, or other intimate garments

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or limited edition products


3. How to Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, email us at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange

  • The reason for your request

Once approved, we’ll send instructions on how to return your item(s).


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or product defect).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.


5. Exchanges

If you'd like a different size or item:

  • Let us know in your email request.

  • Exchanges are processed once your original item is received and inspected.

  • We will cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement item (one-time per order).


6. Refunds

Once your return is received and approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@kingdon-gymwear.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
