1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship orders within the United States only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders placed with non-U.S. shipping addresses will be canceled and refunded.


2. Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information when available.


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We offer standard shipping through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier’s website.


6. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order.
We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address:

  • You will be contacted to confirm a correct address.

  • You may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the item.
